This trick allows you to skip the Fire Ore minigames and Papercraft Bowser. It also means you can skip hitting in the 4 platforms, and the minigame Final Smash, but that was possible already (Using youtu.be/oIjOBMMvmZw and youtu.be/vYw-B1Ls-sA). This trick saves around 9 minutes in a speedrun, compared to the previous way of doing Final Smash Skip.
There is actually a slightly faster order to do this trick: get the Walk Through Walls effect before hitting the four switches, and use that to do that section faster. This is what'll I explain in the pastebin, though in the video I've already hit the four switches.

Saving, quitting and re-entering to move during cutscenes was found by SLOplays (youtube.com/user/SLOplays).
Applying this to the cutscene at the bottom of the Toad bridge was found by me, and applying this to the cutscene at the top of the Toad bridge was found by MrCheeze (youtube.com/user/MrCheezeMrCheeze).
I also discovered how to get Walk Through Walls using the cutscene storage at the top of the Toad bridge.
