(code included) this codes makes it appear to be storming on this course i even got it to have lighting! enjoy! :D the method on making it rain was made by another hacker named kallumbunchs on youtube. its kinda screwy but seems to be the only way to get rain on another course. (same goes with snow) ive look several times to get it rain but have been unsuccessful.

(How to use) Select either cheep cheep beach or GBA luigi circuit. This code is a trigger code so once you use this it doesnt matter what course you select you will always play on cheep cheep beach.

to disable this code press (L R UP SELECT) together on the selection screen. If you dont want to re trigger this code dont select cheep cheep beach or GBA luigi circuit.
GBA luigi circuit is inaccessible when this code is turned on in the action replay menu.
