This code will maximize the speed of the bullet bill (300cc) and give you stop and reverse functions. its only 10 lines long! (v3.9)

the first one is for offline.

the second one is online. its a little glitchy in yoshi falls with
the reverse. works with kart better on this version.

the last one uses supastarrio's reverse speed code it wont respond if you're airborne with the kart only. (reverse code works in air with bullet bill) if your touching the ground you can also reverse the speed of the kart.
