This image is from the Interactive Multi-Game Demo Disc version of Mario Kart Double Dash, where many course screenshots are different, and Baby Park seems to be taken from a beta version of the game. You can see that the the grasses are different, the Paratroopa machine and the road textures are different, too. Here's my recreation of the beta course in Mario Kart DS.
