This video features a guide on how to get the Ice Cream Cone Backpack Trophy in the Classified Assignment: Marina Supply Route. Please refer to the description for a complete written guide with timestamps!
1) Starting in the Northwest corner of the small warehouse room (0:00) there is a wall that reads "SMILE AND WAVE YOU'RE ON CAMERA!!". You need to do just that and wave at the camera (0:07) - press and hold H to activate the emote window.
2) Return to the Security office (0:17 to 0:28). Activate the computer to unlock the door (0:32).
3) Go south across the room and up the staircase towards the Marina Wine Bar (0:36 to 0:45) and look north above the security office and shoot the electrical panel (0:47). This will unlock a door for later on.
4) Return to the door that we started at (0:52 to 1:02) and retrieve the Storage Room key (1:05).
5) Go to the Storage Room (1:09 to 1:15) and open the door.
6) Retrieve the communication collectable (optional - but why not?).
7) Shoot the rope from the walkway above (1:29). Ascend and follow to the pathway to the Administration room (Note: the electrical panel we shot earlier in step 3 opened this door (1:56).
8) Loot the Ice Cream Cone Backpack Trophy on the southern side of the room near the window (2:02).

- The Year 1 Pass is required to have access to the Classified Assignments.
