Most of the time, our minds are completely consumed with thoughts of the future (usually in the form of worries) or thoughts of the past (usually in the form of
regrets). We are very rarely in the present moment. Just observe your mind
for a day and you will see that your mind is constantly going back and forth
between past and present. The focus of this video is to help you break out
of that habit because it's not serving you. It is keeping you locked in a
perpetual prison of fear, anxiety and regret.
You can't control the future and you can't change the past - all you can do
is BE in the moment you're in.
Focus on the present moment because that is all we will ever have!

By bringing awareness to your thoughts, by watching your mind. Constantly try and watch the way your mind operates.
