YOU are the universe.
You've been tricked you see. you've been tricked to believe that you are separate from the world.. separate from others.
You've been deceived to believe that you are this little me, this I, this ego, all alone in a strange world, fending for itself, fending for it's survival.
Your ego is almost inescapable and it creates this incredible sense of I, me, mine... you assume there is you and the world, self and other, you and other people, but this is not so...
Its all a great illusion.
The truth is, that you are not this helpless little me, this helpless little ego living on this strange rock that we call earth.. beneath this apparent separation we are unified - we are one.
You are not separate from the world at all - you are the world, you are it, everything, the entire universe. you are not separate from it in any way shape or form - you are literally IT. Your mind has fooled you into buying into this illusion of self and other.
Ultimately this means that you are much bigger than you think and you can never die. you are eternal and now. you are the universe experiencing itself.
as Eckhart Tolle stated,
"You are not in the universe, you are the universe, an intrinsic part of it. ultimately, you are not a person, but a focal point where the universe is becoming conscious of itself. what an amazing miracle."
