This is the Japanese version of a Indian song called "क़दम क़दम बढ़ाये जा" or better known for it's romanized title baing "Qadam Qadam Badhaye Ja" which is closely associated with the Azad Hind, a Paramilitary group that collaborated with the Japanese during WW2, I manage to get the Japanese lyrics of this song so ya
