Our mission is to create a collaborative, interdisciplinary hub that pushes forward fundamental research at the intersection of randomness, geometry, dynamics, and related areas of mathematics. Much like our parent institute TIFR, we align with the broader goal of developing deep theoretical understanding and contributing to fundamental science globally. “Random geometry” is not a traditional, well-bounded discipline. It is relatively young, rapidly evolving, and inherently cross-disciplinary. We aim to strengthen India’s presence in cutting-edge mathematics, while remaining deeply integrated with the international research community.
