In this video I show you manually lighting a pellet grill. Manually lighting a pellet grill is not just easy but also something you should probably know how to do just in case you ignitor rod goes bad. I will be honest with you in saying that if you own or plan on owning a pellet grill that you will more than likely have a ignitor rod go out at some point. Over the years i've owned 7 different pellet grills and I have had the rod go out in 5 of them so to me it's pretty normal for that to happen. So if you have a pellet grill that trips the GFCI or the hot rod doesn't heat up just go grab a torch and follow this video and you'll be cooking on your pellet grill in no time.
