After nearly 12 years eventually I decided to buy a meat grinder. This was because I got bad grinded meat from the store two times during the last few years. While outside of the meat was nice, when I brought it home, inside of it had different color and was clear that it was left from previous days, and I had to through it out. My father always tells me to but meat grinder and here we go with a manual meat grinder. Since I don't eat much meat, I decided to buy something which at least come with some sort of lesson for me. So I decided to but this manual one and check its performance. Sharpness of the blade and the fact that it must almost touch the front screen while cutting the meat are the key points that must be considered, otherwise these small manual meat grinders will not do the job properly.
later I made some Persian cutlet with the grinded meat. Maybe it is not the proper recipe, lol, I think I did not add some other ingredients, but it's okay. It's a poor man's cutlet.
