Winnipeg, Nov. 28, 2017: The Manitoba government says it wants Manitoba to become the “cleanest, greenest and most climate resilient province” but what does this mean in practice? Seven environmental organizations hosted a meeting of several hundred Winnipeggers to discuss what citizens expect of their government in this regard.
