Mort "Cursed" Kellogg was a compulsive gambler known for having very bad luck prior to enlisting, which he did in order to pay back the money he owed.

Now, as the 3rd target of the Season 11 manhunt, Cursed's unlucky streak continues.

He has been found on the streets of DC, and Division agents are closing in.
