Who is the Hunter Recruiter?

With the announcement of year 5 season 2, and the accompanying trailer, we were shown what this season was going to be all about.

Same as the last, there are another 4 people for us to rescue… However the final is a target that we need to hunt down… and it just so happens to be the Recruiter itself.

In this video I want to discuss who the Recruiter could actually be, based on all of the current characters in the story right now.
Yes, it could be someone completely new that we haven’t been introduced to, but there are certainly a few others that we DO know, that could comfortably fit into that role…
