This scene with no dmg was hard, but still manageable. One of those threats was monkeys with machette, which can damage you EASILY. Other threat was guys with sawn-off sh-s, as they can ALSO DAMAGE YOU EASILY. Thankfully guys with shotguns weren't that menacing, as I could shoot most of them through the leaves.
