This is the first in a series of short 3D fractal animations - quick peeks into the myriad possibilities of the Mandelbulb Universe.
Most of the fractal animations I've created for this channel took FOR-EVER to chug through and render all of the frames. Weeks, sometimes months. I thought it would be a fun change of pace to make a bunch of shorter animations - things that I could render in a day or two.
This way we'll all get to see more crazy spaces, more often. Maybe I'll stumble upon something that needs a longer look. Or we might find Bigfoot playing Pac-Man with the Chupacabra - who knows? o.O
