Body camera footage captured the moment when a man accused of attacking another man in Surfside because he was Jewish was arrested.

The attack happened a week ago while the victim and his wife were walking and were approached by Jorden Stephen Perozo, police said.

Perozo rode up to the couple on an electric scooter and cursed and directed profanity against the victim, his wife and the Jewish community, police said.

In cellphone video, Perozo was seen punching the victim on the side of the head and saying, "Now you're going to die," and "Walk away before I kill you."

He continued telling the victim that he hated him and called the couple "evil demons," the affidavit said.
