Man accused of terrorizing Philadelphians in Chucky mask arrested @cbsphilly

The man accused of terrorizing Philadelphians while wearing a Chucky-style mask near City Hall earlier this month has been arrested in Las Vegas, authorities said.

"Tonight, the fear that one man brought to the Philadelphia community comes to an end," Robert Clark, the Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal for the Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crime Fugitive Task Force, said.
