Jordan Mailata went from never playing football before to Super Bowl champion with the Eagles.

Like Mailata, Uar Bernard and Joshua Weru went through the NFL's International Player Pathway Program, but Roseman says we shouldn't expect them to develop like the team's All-Pro left tackle.

"I think if we're just judging everyone through the lens of Jordan Mailata, it's going to be hard to give these guys a fair chance," Roseman said.
