This is a gorgeous male Red Collared Dove. It has a bluish grey head and reddish-brown plumage over its body. A trademark incomplete black collar sits around its neck.
From 0:07 to 1:32, I was particularly struck by how red it appeared in the light of the setting sun. (No saturation was applied in the editing of this video)
Red Collared Doves aka Red Turtle Doves, are found from the Indian subcontinent to China, Taiwan, Indochina and the Philippines.
They are relatively common in Thailand, but are uncommon introduced residents in Singapore.
