This is a full review of the Makita DUH523Z 18v cordless hedge trimmer. I've used many hedge trimmers over the years, corded and petrol. The corded ones have all broke and the petrol ones are really heavy... I mean, some people find the petrol ones really heavy. I don't. Are petrol hedge trimmers a thing of the past? Especially interested to hear if you're using cordless hedge trimmers for commercial use now?

I can't find ANY Makita batteries on Amazon that I'm 100% certain aren't either fakes or grey imports. Do your own homework when it comes to batteries. Mine is a genuine one and cost about £20 more - you can see what it looks like on the video.
