I located a source of Petite Sirah from a guy living a few miles away, and bought 50 lbs of grapes from him. In this video, I perform the whole wine making process from harvesting, crushing, fermenting, and pressing the grapes. Since a few months has passed since then, I also bottle the wine and taste it. The winemaking process is a long one, especially if you do not have specialized equipment for pressing your grapes. Here I did my best show the entire length of the process in this long video, without using a wine press or crusher destemmer. You can refer to the chapters timestamped below:
Harvesting: 00:00
Crushing with my feet: 01:55
Fermenting: 05:05
Pressing: 08:44

Bottling/Taste Test: 13:15
