We brought together over 100 people from across the UK to explore the role of ultra-processed foods (UPFs) in everyday life.

In this UKRI public dialogue, participants came together to share their experiences, concerns and questions about UPFs - from convenience and cost, to health concerns and the lack of clear, trusted information.

These conversations are helping to shape future research, making sure it reflects what matters most to people.
