Time to do some more work on the Renault/VW Beetle rat rod/hot rod project here at Rat Rods for Africa. In this round, we use basic tools, to build custom wide body fender flares/wheel arches to accommodate the widened rear wheels. Then we take a look at what the car looks like with all four fender flares in place.
