I tackle the repair of 86 year old rust holes on the 1939 Hudson Big Boy Cab. Down the rabbit hole we go! It looks terrible, but with enough persistence it can be done! We fabricate and weld in new patch panels and replace the cab corners with new sections we make. We also close up a lot of old holes in the firewall and I show some techniques I use for welding up holes of different sizes.
