So, after the collaboration livestream with Tokyo Drew I thought it would be nice to have some sweets!
Well another reason to try this cup cake is my banana's skin got so black and I can't eat it as it is so I decided to make banana cup cakes!
I wasn't a big fan of banana until a couple of months ago, but now I got to know how great bananas are!!!! So again, this recipe would turn out to be good! Cross fingers!!!!!

Ingredients I used;
Banana 150g
Rice flour 180g
Baking powder 1 tea spoon
Black sugar 2 table spoon
Oil 2 table spoon
Amazake 150ml
An egg

You can make your own Amazake with a rice cooker too!
