In this video I show how I made an 18th Century Embroidered Underpetticoat.
I did not use a pattern for this petticoat. Instead I used a video from @BurnleyandTrowbridge titled Underpetticoat Hack. Here is the link for it: youtube.com/watch?v=SWFtAh9va4k
I made this the modern way, using a machine, instead of the traditional handsewn way that is described in the video.
I'm working on making a better 18th century kit, as @CarolineDAmbrosioDesigns challenged me to make a certain dress. I'm working on this challenge project from the inside out, so be sure to stay tuned for the final reveal of the challenge dress coming up! Do you have any guesses as to what the dress is?
