Here we finish putting the bow on the crossbow and actually go out and test it. The next step is making bodkin tips for the bolts...maybe I will make a hardier version of the crossbow. Either way, it was fun and I learned a great deal about what I don't yet know about woodworking and forging. Thanks for watching and please be careful.
If this were a real bolt I would have fired it at a range or at my property. Forging can create nasty burns. Be safe.
