Here, I take my dried text block and create a quarter-bound cover using an Indian screenprint of retro orange, brown, tan and gold foil flowers with iridescent rust-blue Japanese linen book cloth. The end pages are a complementary blue card stock.

I teach bookbinding through the Kalamazoo Book Arts Center located in Kalamazoo, MI. For more information, visit http://www.crystalshaulis.com.
