This mixed media journal page created @beawitchedbycrafts was created using products from the @ranger_ink Make‑It line, featuring soft stenciled details, ink sprays, and a feminine color palette. The layered design and birthday picture make it perfect for celebrating another year of life. 🎀
Supplies:
Ranger:
-Make-It Clear Stamp Set: Chic Birthday
-Make-It Stencil: Bow Lattice
-Archival Ink: Jet Black, Sweet Treat
-Texture Paste Metallic White
-Dylusions Ink Spray: Tropical Sangria, Margarita Bucket
Tim Holtz Distress Paint: Picket Fence
Dylusions Creative Journal Square
Other:
-Printed picture
-Glue
Instructions:
-Spray with Dylusions Ink Spray all over the page, making sure the colors you choose complement each other, so when they mix, they make more pretty colors. Let it dry or help it dry with a heat tool.
-With Picket Fence paint, randomly add to your page and with a spatula. Spread the paint as you wish. For my page I made vertical and horizontal lines and blobs to create texture and bring interest to my page. Let the paint dry or help it dry with your heat tool.
-With the stencil, place it where you want on the page. Spread with a spatula some Metallic White Texture Paste. Repeat this process as many times as you wish. Let the paste dry completely before moving on to the next step.
-Using Jet Black Archival Ink and Sweet Treat, choose some stamps from the stamp set and stamp all over your page. For my page I chose the candles, the bow, hearts and the numbers 1 and 8 to make an 18.
-I printed a picture of my daughter that we took when she turned 18, then cut around it and glued it down on the page where I wanted it. Cut the excess.
-Add more stamps if you wish with different colors. The page is ready.
