DON'T use the magnetic clasp on a keychain, with a larger SAK or an irreplaceable SAK! It is not strong enough.

I replaced my Swiss champ with a Classic SD for like a month and I was actually able to make it work for me. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy to go back to carrying a larger Swiss army knife, but this tiny Swiss army knife actually can "bring it", at least for me, when I followed these 3 steps: first I needed to make the knife most accessible. I also needed to increase its usefulness by both getting creative and refusing to baby it. If I break it, it is the very definition of replaceable.
In the process, I got a chance to carry it on a necklace chain with a magnet clasp. Using a magnet for this was a great idea that allowed me to remove the knife from the necklace with a minimum of fuss and problems. It was pretty sturdy and stayed on under almost all circumstances. Definitely not for a collectible knife, but it is a fantastic way to optimize your tiny EDC Swiss army knife if it's gonna fall out of your pocket.

And the best of all, this is the particular magnetic clasp that made it possible for me to carry the Classic SD on a regular basis. This magnetic necklace clasp works great because it's working at a 90° angle with the separation force not actually pulling directly on the magnet. There are some fold-over magnetic clasps I would try as well. There are probably many similar clasps by different manufacturers as well!
