See how an old ‘Sheep Wash’ barn is converted into a holiday let. It was finished by Bunny and Unity earlier this year, and includes a small infinity pool, an outdoor kitchen, a dinning area, a large outdoor sitting area and a fantastic view of the rolling Rutland countryside and the Eye Brook Reservoir.
Old metal drinking troughs were found on site and ‘straightened out’, the existing brick walls were made good and clever measures were taken to stop the wild birds flying into the huge glass windows. Plants around the site were protected from the native deer by ‘Trico’ which has been found to be pretty successful. The lighting is discreet with low voltage copper fittings by Luxr but these are enough to allow great views out to the garden when it is pitch dark. Find out more!
