Bunny looks round the gardens at Thyme Hotel which she started working on around 10 years ago.
See how she made a Hammockry, has refurbished a large outdoor table, linked the indoors and outdoors and created some pebble mosaic paving and a pool in a peaceful space in the spa. The olive trees in the Cookery School garden have thrived so well they need dramatic reduction and other areas such as the espalier framed oak benches have really taken shape since they were made around 4 years ago.
Bunny talks about a new garden which she is about to design adjacent to the Reception.
She has recently transformed an area with an old compost heap with a lead trough and a Clematis armandii.
