This is a tutorial showing you how to make a Pirate Cutlass out of foamboard or cardboard. You only need one sheet of foam board for this project, some paint, some glue and a toothpick. That's It. And I give you the template which makes it very easy to make.
And… this cutlass has a secret compartment treasure chest right in it. You can store pirate booty in the chest. It can be gold, coins, jewelry, an eye patch or a treasure map. I keep a treasure map in mine.
