This is a tutorial showing you how to make a Knights Templar sword out of foam board or cardboard. It is a good looking sword that is easy to make and I give you the template which makes it very easy for you. This is a pretty big sword, almost 40 inches in length yet you only need one sheet of foam board to make it. It can be used as a single handed sword or a two handed sword just like the original templar swords.
And, I show you a neat technique for easily removing the paper from foam board.
