$Respawning Shulkers in End Cities: Command Creation | Minecraft 1.12+ A system that respawns Shulkers exclusively in the End Dimension and inside End cities. The mobs are naturally spread since they replace Endermen. Spawning can be restricted to a single city/fortress or widespread across the entire dimension making it possible to farm shulkers with simplicity. I tried to prevent players from cheating (although it can be partially done if bedrock is broken at the base of your map) and it also nurfs farming based tricking the system. The idea is to have a fair way of obtaining decent quantities of shulker shells without having to loads hundreds of chunks in the End Dimension (especially beneficial for multiplayer servers.)
