This is _Rockman 20XX: Tatakae! Team Shachi!,_ a web browser collaboration game by Capcom and Team Shachi (a Japanese female idol group). The song is Rocket Queen feat. MCU.
In this game, Mega Man, Proto Man and Roll are now too old to keep fighting, and they live in an old robot retirement house. When an A.I. of Dr. Wily suddently strikes, they will need the help of Team Shachi to deal with this new threat!
The game is short, but challenging. Even though a successful playthrough takes less than 4 minutes, there are no checkpoints. Each death takes one back to the beginning of the game. It is also quite easy to mess up while trying to switch characters during those auto-scrolling stages!
Unfortunately, the game will be shut down on August 31st, 2023, so there are only a few days left to try it out!

*How to play it*
Click once with the mouse pointer in the center of the screen, wait for the intro cutscene to end (as far as I can tell, its unskippable) and then press J or Space bar to start!
*Controls*
A: move to the left
D: move to the right
J: fire
Space bar: jump
Q, W, E, R: switch characters/weapons
*Gameplay*
Whenever you are using a shield or utility, they will remain on-screen even if you switch characters/weapons. That allows you to have different weapons on-screen at the same time or fire special weapons while using an utility, which is important in many sections.
E-Tanks immediately refill your health AND weapon energy.")
