Stop-Motion Transformation of Magic Square MSB-63 Eniac. Amazingly complex. He’s a lot more complicated than you’d expect from photos of both modes. Note how the doors slide at their midpoints - “down” for car mode and “up” for robot mode. Head has to do quite a dance to make it through the backpack. Really fun to fiddle with.

If you want to follow along, I recommend skipping to the speed run and using your , and . keyboard keys to advance by single frames. Every step of the transformation is documented in the frames of the video, in what I consider to be the best sequence. With minimal rubbing and minimal parts-parking.
