So I'm a weirdo who likes gray morality in media and occasionally likes to create videos showcasing those ambiguous themes. Ever since Rebellion released, I'd been thinking of how much the "twist" ending and themes of the movie really aligned with religion. Especially for Homura. So earlier this year, when I discovered this song, I finally found a good match to aesthetically look at Rebellion in those themes. Of course, I'll never really know if any of the symbolism in the movie was intended to be read as such but it's been inspiring nonetheless.

Obviously, I can only tell you my initial intentions of the video, how you view it will depend on your own preferences. This video has been a savior and nightmare rolled into one; I'm glad it's over but I'll miss working on it. What a contradiction.
