Meet the Faculty: Dr. Madeline Nyblade | SUNY ESF
In this episode of Meet the Faculty, we sit down with Dr. Madeline Nyblade, Assistant Professor and member of the Center for Native Peoples and the Environment at SUNY ESF.
Dr. Nyblade shares her journey to ESF—from being inspired by the work of Robin Wall Kimmerer to joining ESF through a cluster hire focused on Indigenous environmental science. Her teaching and research center on community-based collaboration with Indigenous nations, with a focus on water, plants, climate, and environmental caretaking.
