Drone footage showing progress of the Maddox Road and Champion Road level crossing removals as part of making the entire Werribee line level crossing free. Filmed on 25 January 2026.

Bushfires are raging across Victoria, hence the smokey footage.

The removal will consist of sky rail over the existing road at Maddox Road. At Champion Road, the road will be closed with a pedestrian / bicycle bridge being constructed over the railway tracks.
