Drone footage of the brand new Spirit of Tasmania 5 passenger ferry moored at Melbourne's Station Pier on 6 May 2026. Its sister ship, Spirit 4, can be seen moored at Williamstown in the distance.

Also visible on the west side of the pier is Australian Collins Class submarine the HMAS Dechaineux.

Spirit 4 & 5 will replace the current passenger ferries running between Geelong in Victoria and Devonport in Tasmania (late 2026). Some interesting stats include:
