Are you mad at work? Tired? Depressed? Verging on a burn-out? Or know a colleague who is?

Discover the results of an international project Mad@Work, highlighted and discussed in this webinar.

Stress and related problems are a plague of the modern knowledge-intensive work life, with up to 25% of the workforce experiencing frequent or constant stress at work. Reasons range from hectic, uncontrollable workload to lack of support and recognition, to environmental conditions. It may feel there is no hope for a better future.

While these are certainly challenging issues to tackle, solutions are being worked on. VTT, together with multi-national research consortia, is actively developing technologies to support people and organisations to manage working conditions and stress at work.
