We offer services that support synthetic biology strain construction and screening with the help of automation and robotics. Liquid handling robots enable various manual molecular biology pipetting tasks to be executed automatically. This way a high number of microbial strains can be constructed. These strains can be then characterized by cultivating them in microtiter plates or in small scale bioreactors. Data from these cultivations enables us to select the best candidates with high productivity, and supports the aim of upscaling the microbial process to an industrial scale.
