Apple just released macOS Ventura 13.4.1. I'll go over all the new features, bug fixes, security fixes, & OpenCore Legacy Patcher 0.6.7 tests for Unsupported Macs with 13.4.1. CHAPTERS BELOW!
UPDATE: The issue with my 2011 15" MBPro was the non metal beta blur option that helped fix the menu bar. I was able to fix the Mac by booting to recovery and reverting the root patches.
Once in recovery terminal
mount -uw /Volumes/Macintosh HD
bless --mount /Volumes/Macintosh HD - -bootefi - - last-sealed-snapshot
This will uninstall the root patches you can then reboot back to the OS. I was then able to disable beta blur and and everything was working again!
