Welcome back for a foray into the concept of DESIRE, and how advertising assembles it into a new world. The theoretical question here concerns desire, and whether desire indicates a lack or a productive process. I explored the other side of this question in a video on Lacan youtu.be/UBhYq7HqLXo, though this video explores the alternative to that conception.
Most of the vocabulary used here is from this book, Anti-Oedipus (D&G): amzn.to/3o2ksAw but I tried to stay out of the terminology weeds where possible.
Here's a longer talk about DESIRE with the editor of the Deleuze and Guattari Studies Journal: youtu.be/h-dxupOdA28
