First of a series of four videos presenting basic safety in a machine shop environment. This video series introduces us to safe work habits in a shop. More specifically, this first video looks at what attitude to adopt regarding safety, what bad habits need to be eliminated and what good habits need to be adopted. We will also be looking at the type of clothing, glasses, boots and accessories should or should not be worn. Acceptable behaviors and safety relative to moving heavy objects is also looked at.
