Artificial intelligence has great potential to improve lives. It could also go the other way. It's up to us as communication leaders to envisage a HUMAN-centered future, and to help build it.

This is a critical moment to guide our companies and institutions through this transition. We all need to make the right decisions around emergent technology that is appropriate to our values, ethics and overall culture. Then we need to make sense of it for our stakeholders through the power of story.

That's the narrative heart of this short video, which captures a public conversation I led on "Machine learning, human values."
