Mace Mead! Not Windu, and not the medieval weapon, but... Mace, the spice. It's related to nutmeg, sort of. It's actually PART of the nutmeg? I think. If you know more, let me know in the comments. Anyway, a viewer sent us a pile of the stuff and we made a MEAD with it. Shocking, I know. But anyway, it's been aging for a year in the bottle and today we are tasting it.
