There are very few - virtually none - Native American characters in video games. And only about 2 Character Presets for Fallout 4. Those require about 4 additional mods in order to work.
I chose to not add too much more to my current load order, and went with doing my best to sculpt this character using the Vanilla Character Creation tools at the beginning of the game.
I'm doing my best to honor the appearance of Indigenous Peoples.
